Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@shopadnet.com or call (555) 123-4567 with your order number.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. For exchanges of a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened software or digital products
- Custom-configured or special-order equipment
- Consumables (paper, ink) that have been opened
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
